24 Hours to Go: The Countdown to Champagne Dreams
In just 24 hours, Champagne Dreams officially goes live. That sentence gives me butterflies just writing it.
If I’m being completely honest—I’m a mix of emotions right now. Nervous. Excited. A little scared. But mostly, incredibly grateful. This dream, just an idea floating in my head for the past 25 years, is becoming something real. Something I get to share with all of you.
Building this boutique has been a labor of love, not just for me, but for my family too. Tom, my partner in life and now in business, has been by my side through every step—cheering me on, helping make decisions, even learning the back end of things neither of us knew existed a few months ago (hello, SKU numbers!).
My daughter-in-law has taken so many of the beautiful product photos you'll see on the site. Her talent and eye for detail have brought this boutique to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. My son? He’s been our behind-the-scenes muscle—building shelves, organizing, supporting in all the ways that matter, like trying to manage two of our grandkids under the age of 3 while their mom is doing media days!
This has been a family project, built with love, late nights, coffee (sometimes champagne), laughter, and a little bit of chaos. And now, we’re just over a day away from sharing it with the world.
I won’t lie—I’m afraid of failure. I think anyone chasing a dream feels that way. But what outweighs that fear is the sheer excitement of doing something I truly love. Affordable fashion has always inspired me, but as I have gotten older, I've realized being comfortable in what I'm wearing can make or break my day. Champagne Dreams is about creating a space for women to feel confident, chic, and completely themselves. Whether you’re dressing for a milestone moment, just want to feel a little extra fabulous on an ordinary day or just want to be cute running errands—I hope you find something that speaks to you.
So here we are… 24 hours out. Nervous hearts. No tears yet :). So much hope.
