Orders
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop, Venmo and Visa.
The easiest way to contact us is via email. Please email us at info@champagnedreamsboutique.com. If you are requesting information regarding an order, be sure to include your order number.
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. These changes include shipping address, product size, or product quantity.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping rate is $6.95. For orders over $50, we offer free shipping for all orders within the United States!
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Just click on the link provided in the email and you can follow your package on its journey.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns for swimsuits, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, beauty products or jewelry is not available. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return: Please go to your account on www.shopchampagnedreams.com to review your previous orders. Identify the order # associated with this return request and click on "request return", then choose the item you would like to return. Choose your reason and provide additional information if you'd like and then request return! Please see our return policy.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@champagnedreamsboutique.com.
We do not allow exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
